Changzhou heyuan steel tube Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of seamless pipes&tubes of carbon steel and alloy steel in accordance with ASTM A179 A192 A106 A53 A210 DIN17175 DIN1629 DIN2448 and alloy steel like ASTM A213 A335 A209 A556 DIN17175 SEW 680 and precision tubes in accordance with ASTM A519 and DIN2391.

Located in changzhou city, jiangsu province, southern part of China, our mill covers an area of 100, 000 square meters. Among which, 48, 000 square meters is the building of workshop.

Production and inspection equipment:
We have 3 sets of piercing units, 16 sets of cold-drawn units, 4 sets of straightening units, 3 cutting machines as well as pickling and annealing furnace and a piece of non-oxidation normalizing furnace to ensure prodution and output, and a special lab with c-s analyzer, rockwell hardness tester, eddy-current detection system, material testing device to ensure quality of products.

Prodution capacity:
As a specialized manufacturer with annual output of tubes of about 50000 mt, we can manufacture and supply pipes&tubes with wide range of sizes (OD: 8mm-138mm, W. T: 0.8mm-22mm). We also manufacture pipes/tubes in accordance with customers' special requirements about OD, ID, or W. T, or mechanical properties.

Certificates and application:
We have already obtained API 5L&API 5CT, ISO9001-2000 certificate, approval certificate for production of pipes and tubes for use of boilers and pressure vessels, and accreditation certificate of ndt(non-destructive testing) system. Our products are widely used in automobile industry, petroleum industry, chemistry, boilers, pressure vessels, superheaters, architecture, heat exchangers, etc.
